Hey Guys! Cool here. Im sorry for no post on the blog since feburary. Soup has quit and I did too. But I have decided to start again. I will be posting stuff on here. Since i will be posting alone, it will be kinda hard so I won't be the fastest. But getting the stuff fast is better than not getting it at all.

But in the end our judges had to pick just one and they chose the entry below which was sent in by NintendoDS. Congratulations NintendoDS, you have won a six month membership gift cert for yourself as well as another six month gift certificate to give away to a friend. How perfect for this time of the year!

As promised we have also included some of the other entries for our readers to enjoy here. There were far too many pictures submitted for us to show them all so the gallery includes just a handful of the entries randomly chosen for everyone to enjoy. If your picture was not shown this time, don’t worry, there will be be plenty of addtional opportunities and contests in the future. I have put together a new winter party album commemorating the wonderful Winter Party and Tree Lighting that took place last Saturday.

Well Im sad... But to cheer me up I just beat my sixth gym leader in Pokemon Diamond which I got last week for my Bday! And... Henry's new contest!

New Contest! Woohoo!

On Saturday at the party I announced that I'm having a contest! And here are the details: The contest is to take the best seasonal picture of your panda with your friends (It's ok to include other pandas who are also playing that may not be on your friends list ). The most festive, creative and original picture will win the fabulous prize of a gift certificate for a 6 month Elite Membership plus another 6 month Elite Membership to give to a friend. There is a limit to one entry per email address (the one you used when you created your panda) per day. The winner will be announced on Monday, December 21st in my blog.

Prizes

A 6 Month Elite Membership gift certificate for you and a second 6 Month Elite Membership gift certificate for your friend.

To submit your entry (have your parent or guardian help you):

Read and obey the rules. Entering the competition means that you and your parent/guardian agree to the rules. Lastly, Zing Ballyhoo will be leaving Pandanda Land Sunday night December 13th returning to his family for the holidays. But don't worry, he promises to return in early January with new exciting prizes!

In the meantime we have a lot of holiday festivities starting this weekend with a Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday at 11:00am PST and Mr. Fitch will be receiving a shipment of special holiday clothes which will appear in the Pandanda Collection catalog soon!

The time has finally arrived to announce the winner of our latest contest.

You probably remember that the contest was to help me name my new pet red dragon. We got literally hundreds and hundreds of entries and spent a lot of time sorting through them all to pick a really great winner.

The Grand Prize is a gift certificate to get your hands on some of our incredibly cool Dragon Gear merchandise (which includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, magnets, stickers and mousepads etc) from our Pandanda Gear partner website .

Hey everyone! The time has finally come to announce the winner of our Player Card Background Contest! I have to say that Pandanda really has the best players anywhere because we got so many great entries from so many people that the Pandanda offices have been covered in pictures for days now! This was very difficult to judge and you should all feel really proud because you all did a really fantastic job. At the end of the day we had to pick a winner, and the judges spent hours deliberating. And so.. drum roll please.. the winner is: LemonSqueezy with a drawing of a scene during the upcoming Holidays!!! Our artists will work to prepare a vector based version that will go in the game and the great news is that it will given to everyone who logs in during a selected weekend. I know that you will all be good sports and wish the winning Panda congratulations. If you didn't win don't worry because we have many more contests coming up that will allow you to have a big impact on Pandanda Land. Also there were so many great entries you may see variations of other ideas sent in during the contest appear in the game over time (and we'll give credit to those Pandas at that time). All this is coupled with the fact that the Pandanda team is currently working on some awesomely cool things to release into the game. I can't wait! Again, thank you, thank you, thank you so much to everyone who entered and the tons of effort you put into your pictures. Also, Pandanda has the new design a player card contest up. Here's what Henry said:

Hi Pandas,

Today I'm super excited to kick off our latest contest - the Player Card Drawing Contest.

This contest is to design and submit a drawing of a player card background using the template provided. We are leaving the theme open so that you can draw anything you think would make a great background, while still following the rules of course. Your original drawing can be hand drawn or created on a computer. The entry however must be emailed to us in the format of a digital image (in one of the following formats: jpg, gif, tiff, bmp, pdf, png).

Hand drawn images will need to be scanned into your computer or turned into a digital picture using a digital camera so they can be emailed to us.

Click on the image to get a template.

Prizes:

There will be one Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize winner will have their design turned into an actual player card background by our graphic artists to be used in the game. The _really_ cool part is that the winning design will feature the winning Panda's name on the card - which could even make your Panda pretty famous - who knows? The winner will be announced on Saturday November 7th in my blog and the new Player Card Background will be freely given away to every Panda during the following week. The pets on Pandanda are Dragons!! Here is how to get one!

1.Go to West Market Street

2. Go in the "Pets" building- Looks cool in there!

3.Click on Izzy and click "Buy"

4. Your now on the Catalog.

5.Now go to ANY page and buy a Dragon- Give it a name!

6. A Dragon Egg will appear in your treehouse.

7.Remember to give it love, an heat it up with a heat lamp every once in a while.

Can't wait 'till they hatch XD. MiniSoup is a Fire Breathing Dragon!

Misty Hills, Parlour Holding Free Item- How to Get!!

First off, 2 new rooms- one with a ghost catching game! Here is how to get to the free item in the Parlour:

1. Go to Pawthorne Forest

2. Click the new pathway heading up(If you look on the map- that would be west XD)

3.Your in Misty Hills!

4. Go in the Parlour ( Haunted Mansion XP)

5. In the wall right of the fireplace click the bottom left stone

6. Now you should be in a dark hallway and you will get a Orange Launch Day Shirt XD

7. To get out of there wait about 10 seconds and aflashof light with a ghost will appear- look where the entrance is from there- put your cursor way to the left near the end of the hallway until a arrow sign shows up- click that and you'll exit!!

Sweet!! BTW if you click the fireplace in the Parlour you'll end up in Book Nook!

I've got some exciting news! Today I’m delighted to announce that we are having a Pandanda Puzzle Contest where we are giving away Elite memberships as prizes! Here's how it works: There are 16 puzzle pieces labeled A through P, that when assembled show a sneak peek of one of the new locations in Pandanda after we launch (I can't wait!). The pieces will be released starting today and during the coming week. The first piece "A" is right here to start you off and the rest of the pieces will be hidden around the web pages of www.pandanda.com, my blog , and who knows where they might show up over the next few days....
The contest is to collect all of the puzzle pieces and either, email the completed puzzle image or email the right order of the pieces to the address shown below for your chance to win one of the prizes. There's an exciting twist in the competition for bloggers too. The winners will be announced on Oct. 22nd in my blog.Prizes:
Four prizes will be awarded by the panel of judges. See the rules for more details.

I stopped by to visit my good friend Zing Ballyhoo yesterday and I couldn't help noticing that his tent was nearly empty and that he'd packed up most of his stuff! It turns out that Zing is planning a journey to the South to gather more prizes.
